Teachers have the ability to assign content to individual students and small groups made up from their rostered classrooms.
From the Assignment page:
Click on 'Assign'
Select the option "Small group"
Check mark one or multiple students from the list of each of your classes
Proceed to adjust the rest of the settings and finalize by clicking 'Create assignment'
Note: Assigning to individual students and small groups is not available when using the 'Quick Assign' feature. If you need to assign to a select group of students and not to your entire class, open the article and go through the full assignment workflow.
Level Lock
Teachers can lock the level for the individuals or small groups they choose to assign to. However, they cannot choose multiple levels on the same assignment. Teachers will need to create multiple assignments to lock different levels for different groups of students
Co-taught Classes
At this time, co-teachers will only be able to see their own small group assignments. Co-teachers will need to make whole class assignments to be able to see each other’s assignments.
